STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

Whether you're 12 or 60, we firmly believe that your training experience should not
only help you achieve your goals but should also be fun and enjoyable!

Our programs are designed to identify where you are today, where you want to go
and what you need to work on to get there. 
Our programs are individualized to address your mobility, strength,
coordination and activity-specific needs.

For our developing athletes, we use long term athletic development principles
to design programs which focus on developmentally appropriate skills
and the known needs for your sports.

We aim to cultivate a sense of accountability, respect, hard work, dedication and pride 
in our athletes, to build the foundation of a lifelong love and appreciation for exercise and sport.

 

ONE ON ONE SESSIONS

Programs Include:

  • Assessment

  • 1 hour sessions

  • Free 30 minute massage

Program Options:

  • 12 sessions

  • 24 sessions

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Small group sessions are for 2 or 3 athletes
