What's This?

We are happy to provide services not only to individual athletes but also to clubs and teams.

These services can be selected on an as-needed basis, depending on what you're looking for.

These services include:

  • Team strength + conditioning sessions (on-site or in our performance gym)

    • We apply our unique approach to performance training to a team environment​

    • We understand the importance of including rehab-based exercises combined with functional + sport-specific exercises

    • We use existing research to identify critical factors to include in our program to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance specific to your sport

  • Sideline medical services

    • We coordinate sideline medical staff (emergency first responders, athletic therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors) depending on your needs and requirements (ex: taping, stretching, warm-up, treatment)​

      • Games​

      • Practices

      • Tournaments

      • Events

    • We provide required equipment (tape, first aid supplies, treatment table) for medical staff to use

  • Education sessions

    • Athletic performance goes beyond sport-specific skills and physical capacity, there is so much more to learn to help support athletes to be their best​

    • We have a vast network to call upon to provide your team, club and athletes with the support their need to succeed

    • These include but are not limited to

      • Lifestyle considerations​

      • Sports nutrition: understanding your food, what should you eat (as a person and as an athlete), food timing

      • Sports psychology/mental performance: goal-setting, mental skills for various situations (positive, negative, how to use which skills at which time), visualization

  • Baseline concussion testing

    • A series of physical and cognitive tests that provide a pre-injury overview of healthy brain function.

    • If you sustain a concussion, this can help us both with our treatment strategy and with developing a better understanding of when you're brain has recovered and you are safe to return to your sport.
